A new laptop has lots of RAM but only a small HDD. The user says 'programs run fast but I can't install many games'. Explain why.
Lots of RAM means programs currently running have plenty of space to load into — so they feel fast. A small HDD means little long-term storage for installed files, so new games fill it up quickly.
More RAM means no games can be installed.
HDDs cause slow programs regardless of RAM.
It's impossible to have more RAM than storage.
